Order Cancellation Before Shipment

With the exception of custom orders, you may cancel an order any time before it ships for a full refund, including shipping and handling fees.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before it ships from our warehouse.

Custom Order Cancellation

All sales are final for custom made products. Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Returns and Refunds

Products you have already received are eligible for return and refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you received the order.
  • Returned items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Valid returns are eligible for a refund of the original purchase amount less a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
  • Not all products are available for return once they have shipped. Products ineligible for return are clearly marked as final sale. 

Return of Damaged Items

Shipments must be checked carefully before accepting.

Purchaser must notify BirdTech USA of any damage during shipment within 24 hours of delivery, providing pictures and documentation including delivery documents with carrier notes to assist with a smooth claim process.
